On Wednesday September 25, 2013 Rainbow International School was honored to welcome special guests Moon, Yong Lin (Seoul Metropolitan Office of Education Superintendent), Woo, Tong-Ki (Daegu Metropolitan Office of Education Superintendent) and Ko, Yeong Jin (Gyeongsangnamdo Office of Education Governor). On August 2nd, 2013 with the guidance of Mr.Esref Saglam, the Founder of Rainbow International School Seoul, Prof. Moon Yong-Lin, Dr. Woo Tong-ki, and Dr. Ko Yeong Jin, with their accompanying delegation visited traveled to Turkey and met with Dr.Muammer Yildiz, Superintendent of the Istanbul Metropolitan Office of Education in Istanbul, Turkey.
These honored guests were at RIS to have summit about a cultural and educational exchange program between Turkey and South Korea and evaluation of the trip to Turkey.
The goal of the summit is to broaden cultural awareness, foster diversity, and inevitably strengthen the growing friendship, teachers and students exchanges and football tournaments for high school students between the two nations. Mr.Saglam mentioned his feelings about the importance of this exchange program.
Rainbow International School also gave a presentation to the special guests followed by dinner.
