ES Knowledge Competition

On March 2012, RIS Elementary students participated in a General Knowledge Competiton to celebrate learning and student achievement.

The students were divided into 12 different groups named after the 12 smartest animals on Earth.  They answered questions from their core subjects, as well as specials classes.  Students recorded answers on white boards and used Activ Expression hand held devices to send their answers directly to the Activ Board.

There was excitement in the air as students worked together to answer the questions.  Cheers rang through the auditorium and smiles were evident on every face.  Through this competition, students  were able to showcase the knowledge they gained this year.  All students learned to work together and use positive words to encourage one another.  We are all winners! We can't wait for the next one!!
