The Azerbaijan Embassy to Republic of Korea organized an official reception dedicated to the 90th anniversary of the national leader of Azerbaijan Heydar Aliyev.
A memorable evening organized at the Banyan Tree Club restaurant was attended by officials from the Republic of Korea, the president of the World Taekwondo Federation, heads of the diplomatic corps in Seoul, managers of large companies and educational institutions of the Republic of Korea, the Azerbaijanis studying in the Republic of Korea and representatives of the local media. Mr.Esref Saglam, Founder of Rainbow International School and Mr.Emin Huseynov, Principal of Rainbow International School were among the invited people of the day.
The guests attended the photo exhibition reflecting the life and work of the national leader Heydar Aliyev, his invaluable services to the country and the people. Then, the charge d'affaires of the Embassy R.Teymurov spoke about the life and work of the prominent political figure Heydar Aliyev, his inestimable merit and saving role in strengthening the independence of Azerbaijan, modern and democratic state of law, establishing political stability in Azerbaijan and ensuring sustainable economic development.

The representative of the Azerbaijan National Conservatory Naiba Shahmamedova performed the works of famous Azerbaijani composers on piano. In addition, there was a performance of dancers from the Azerbaijani State Dance Ensemble.
