Best Subjects
For students in Grades Six to Eight...
Four friends attend the same school and each one has a different best subject. Each subject is taught by a different teacher. Can you work out the subject each student likes best and the name of her teacher?
1. The subject Karen likes best is taught by Miss Dexter.
2. Gina's best subject is PE.
3. Mr Carter teaches science.
4. The subject Amy likes best is taught by Miss Jones but
it isn't art.
5. One of the students is Chloe, one of the teachers is Miss
Simpson and one of the subjects is music.Halloween
For students in Grades Four and Five...
Four friends aged 10,11,12 and 13 have each made a Halloween lantern. From the picture and clues, can you work out who made each lantern and how old they are?
1. Lantern B was made by a 10 year old boy.
2. Lantern A was made by Natalie who isn't the oldest.
3. Justin made one of the big lanterns.
4. Melissa's lantern is pictured immediately next to the one made by the 12 year old.
5. One of the friends is named Tim.
Fish Friends
For students in Grades One to Three...
Katie keeps three pet tropical fish. From the picture and clues below, can you
