On April 12, 2011 the Seocho-Gu Office cordially invited Rainbow International School to a community tree planting event.
As part of our Earth Day is every day initiative the Rainbow students and staff took their classroom to the community.
The students, teachers, administration and staff worked alongside members of the community, quickly transforming a barren hillside into a soon to be sprouting forest.
The event was a huge success, marked by pride and joy for participating in a community event for a sustainable future.
As a reward for a job well done the students were compensated for their efforts with a pizza party picnic in a beautiful park nearby the school.
All students and staff enjoyed time relaxing and playing together on this bright sunny day.
